Further to my last post... please, please read the reviews before engaging with this company. As you can see, they offer a standard ‘one of our customer support team will be in touch’ response to every unhappy customer. Then don’t, because there is no support team. Please just avoid and save yourselves the misery of dealing with this awful company.

bought a top size way to small paid for delivery now i have to pay to send it back so cost deliver £3.95 to send back £5.10 total rip off when not my fault never use get the label even looks fake to

I try to return the items, because the material was really bad, pos office said, the address wasn’t register and can’t check, or barcode are fake, and I’m not understand why need to pay for return, every shop are free refund, will never buy again from this site, it’s just fake.

First time I've used Get the Label. Ordering was easy and the delivery time excellent my goods came the next day. Cannot fault them and will use again.

I had a discount code for a saving and free shipping which I wasn't given the option of putting onto my order. Instead it just confirmed my order, overcharging me. I contact their "customer service" but had no reply.

Fast efficient and good gear

Returns cost are ridiculous don't bother with this shop most shops offer free returns shop elsewhere...?

Order arrived quickly. However after wearing the shoes once I realised that the shoes were way too big even though I ordered the correct size. They were really uncomfortable and causing blisters at the back. Although they were pretty much new condition, because I wore them once I can't return them as they are not in original condition. I didn't realise they were so strict on their returns policy...

I never received my order

Ordered a pair of shoes and paid £3.95 delivery. The shoes arrived and were discoloured, and slightly big, but would have kept except for the discolour. I then had to pay £5.20 to return. This is outrageous. It’s not clear on the website, all it says is returns are easy. I will never use this company again. I’ll probably be waiting weeks for my refund now too ?

My partially sighted son plays football for Regional England Pathway I saw these mad coloured football boots, he's only just had a pair quite recently, but as doing really well in school and in life treated him his current boots are a UK 7, ordered him size 7 1/2, he tried them on all excited his toes are bent crushed inside them asked if could exchange for a size 8, Get The Label answers we dont exchange please pay us £2.50 for a returns label for me to send back and will refund you, ensure you order the correct size, I ordered the product half a size BIGGER than his actual size. Your goods are not fit for purpose, why should I have to pay then order a size 8 or 9 when he's a size 7 and pray that they fit and dont have to order a size 10, will not be using this company ever again it's not the £2.50 it's the principle of poor quality customer service telling me I should make sure I order the correct size how can I when your products are not right to every other company ever ordered from. for any future customers ordering from this site would say act with caution as sizes are way off, and customer service is poor.

Buyer beware - delivery is £3.95 and for some reason returns are £5.20. So to return a £13.60 item I would have got £8.40 back. Kept item and sold on eBay. Definitely will NOT be using again.
